I am an Indian photographer currently based in Paris, working across conceptual and documentary photography.
My work is shaped by an ongoing curiosity about identity, belonging, and the emotional landscapes people carry within them. Moving between cultures, communities, and environments has made me attentive to the quiet complexities of human experience and the subtle tensions between vulnerability and strength, presence and absence, intimacy and distance.
I am drawn to stories that hold personal resonance or reveal something about how we exist in the world. Often, I look for the moments that sit between what is visible and what is felt, the gestures, silences, and fragments that suggest deeper inner lives.
Experimentation is central to my process. I often work with structures such as diptychs, joiners, and fragmented portraits to move beyond singular representations. Through these forms, I try to create images that hold multiplicity, where identities, emotions, and narratives can exist simultaneously rather than as fixed definitions.
